SERDANG, 9th July – The Centre for Alumni Relations, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), successfully conducted the Soh Kim Mee Scholarship 2026 Interview Session on 9 July 2026 at the Centre for Alumni Relations, UPM.
A total of four shortlisted candidates attended the interview session, which formed an integral part of the scholarship selection process for the 2026 award cycle. The session was organised to assess each candidate's academic achievements, personal qualities and overall potential in identifying the most deserving recipient of the Soh Kim Mee Scholarship.
The interview panel was chaired by Dr. Muhammad Mu'az Mahmud, Deputy Director of the Centre for Alumni Relations, UPM, and comprised representatives from various university divisions, namely Mr. Mohamad Fiddezuan Ahmad Murad (Academic Representative), Mrs. Wan Suzaimas Wan Sulaiman (Bursar's Office), Mr. Wan Zaharuddin Wan Abdullah @ Wan Abd Rahman (Student Affairs Division) and Mr. Aiman Fikri Mohd Aris Fadzilah (Centre for Alumni Relations, UPM).

The interview session reflects UPM's commitment to ensuring a transparent, fair and comprehensive selection process that recognises students with outstanding academic potential, exemplary character and the capacity to contribute positively to the community. Through scholarship initiatives such as this, the University continues to support deserving students in pursuing academic excellence while fostering leadership, personal growth and lifelong learning.
