Penang, 30 October - The Alumni Relations Centre of Universiti Putra Malaysia (ARCUPM) held an engagement session with Mr. Mohamad Amran bin Tajudeen, UPM Alumni Class of 2018, together with his father, Mr. Tajudeen, the owner of the renowned Deens Maju Nasi Kandar restaurant in Penang.

During the cordial session, Mr. Mohamad Amran ,a graduate of the Bachelor of Science and Environmental Technology programme  shared his journey and challenges in managing the family business after completing his studies at UPM. He also reflected on how the values of discipline, perseverance, and leadership instilled during his university years continue to shape his approach to business today.

The session provided an opportunity for ARCUPM to explore potential strategic collaborations with alumni in the areas of entrepreneurship, leadership development, and community engagement. Such initiatives align with UPM’s mission to strengthen alumni relations and celebrate their contributions to society.

In conclusion, the engagement served not only as a gesture of appreciation towards successful alumni but also as a bridge connecting knowledge, experience, and shared purpose for embodying UPM’s enduring spirit of “With Knowledge We Serve.”
