Client Charter of Alumni Relations Centre (new), effective in 1st May 2026 is:

• Alumni data applications includes alumni information/profiles by the UPM Responsibility Centre (PTJ) are processed and completed within seven (7) working days from the complete application is received by the Alumni Relations Centre.
