Serdang, May 20th - The Alumni Relations Center, in collaboration with the National Youth and Sports Department, the Ministry of Youth and Sports Malaysia, and the UPM Alumni Association, organized the Zumba Get Fit With Fun health and fitness activity in conjunction with UPM Alumni Day on May 21.
The event took place at the Deputy Vice Chancellor's Building (Research and Innovation) and was a lively affair. Nearly 30 participants, including staff from the UPM Serdang campus and the Alumni Relations Center (ARCUPM) itself, took part. This recreational activity not only added to the celebration of UPM Alumni Day on May 21 but also served as a fitness and health initiative.
The fitness and health of employees are essential in fostering a more efficient and proactive work culture. The Alumni Relations Center expresses its utmost gratitude to the staff of the National Youth and Sports Department, including Assistant Youth and Sports Officers Ms. Norazrin Kamsor and Ms. Siti Farida Azhar (Zumba instructor), as well as Dr. Nul Widaya Mohamed Nawi (Alumni classes of 2007, 2018, 2019, and 2022), and staff from the Ministry of Youth and Sports Malaysia.
The Alumni Relations Center once again extends its highest appreciation and thanks to the entire UPM community for their participation in making this event a success.
