SERDANG, 28 APRIL 2026 — Another Read@Uni program was successfully organised at the Read@Uni reading section, Alumni Relation Centre Universiti Putra Malaysia (ARCUPM).
The session began with a speaker who happened to be one of the ARCUPM’s practical interns and a French Literature student at FBMK. The theme for Read@Uni Al-Falah was “My Favourite Book.” The speaker, Alya Syakirah, presented her chosen novel, Prank by Ramadan Omar, beginning with an introduction to the book’s background. She successfully captured the audience’s attention from the very start and concluded the session with meaningful reflections and lessons drawn from the story.

The implication of the Read@Uni AL-Falah program that day was aligned with Book Day and Copyright Day (Hari Buku dan Hak Cipta Sedunia). It also provided ARCUPM staff with a refreshing break, allowing them to participate in a 10-minute reading session. Beyond passive reading, some staff members engaged in brief discussions, making the session more interactive and enriching.
Overall, Read@Uni Al-Falah: Kisahkan Sebuah Cerita aligns with the Jom Baca Bersama 10 Minit initiative, promoting knowledge sharing and cultivating a reading culture among participants.
