Cultivation, an aspect that needs to be emphasized by entrepreneurs other than strategic sites, fertilizer also plays a role. Various brands of fertilizers are available on the market today. One of them is Bajanas which has been worked on by the alumni of Unversiti Putra Malaysia. Revealing the story behind the success of Bajanas, there are many sad stories and sacrifices made by its founder, Encik Muhamad Nazrul Nazaruddin. He is one of those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the country. The pandemic has also given him another path to success as an entrepreneur. Almost every night he collects garbage (banana peel) to be collected and made into fertilizer. All the knowledge when in UPM is used as good as possible. Today, the fertiliser produced by Bajanas has become widely known until in 2021 its sales of fertiliser can reach RM2.1 million. According to him, the MCO has inspired him to succeed as an entrepreneur. Recently through the MegaChilli Project 2021, Bajanas was one of the sponsors for fertilisers for project participants, namely UPM students. These fertilizers are given free of charge to help the project participants make the planting.

Among the advantages of Bajanas,

  • Bajanas revive the dead soil, that is, bring the soil to life by turning on the microbes and thus the soil will come back to life. When the soil is already soft it will make it easier for the roots to penetrate and subsequently the roots become healthy, and the tree is also healthy. Fertilizers of ground engines.
  • Bajanas produces automatic fertilizer in the soil so that additional fertilizer is not needed.
  • Bajanas love water. This fertilizer will continue to retain the water content.
  • Bajanas mother steel. The cycle of microbial processes in the soil makes the soil acquire fertilizer naturally. That is why bajanas are very economical. Fertilizers spare pesticides.
  • Bajanas can control pest infestation because bajanas contains 3-octanol D-limonen.
  • Bajanas provide protection to trees without preventing bees or rhythms from performing pollination processes.
