Cyberjaya, February 20th – The Yayasan PEKEMA Scholarship Agreement Signing Ceremony marked a significant milestone for one of UPM’s outstanding students, Ammar Hidayat Bin Md Basrah. The handover of the scholarship offer letter and agreement symbolizes not only Ammar’s remarkable achievement but also serves as an inspiration for more UPM students to strive for excellence in their academic pursuits.

This meaningful occasion was graced by the leadership of Yayasan PEKEMA, including YBhg. Datuk Hj. Mohamed Nazari Noordin, President of PEKEMA; YBhg. Dato' Hj. Wan Sazrudeen Dato' Hj. Wan Zaid, Deputy President of PEKEMA; YBhg. Dato' Hj. Zainuddin Abd Rahman, Advisor of PEKEMA; Encik Ahmad Faresh Bin Ahmad Zahid, Honorary Secretary; and Encik Mohd Hafiz Abdul Rashid, PEKEMA Representative. Their presence underscored PEKEMA's unwavering commitment to supporting education and nurturing the nation’s brightest talents.

Also in attendance was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Siti Aqlima Ahmad, Director of the UPM Alumni Relations Centre, who extended her support and encouragement. This collaboration between Yayasan PEKEMA and UPM aims to create more opportunities for students to pursue their education with the financial aid provided.

The UPM Alumni Relations Centre takes immense pride in Ammar’s achievement and wishes him continued success in his academic journey. May his dedication and hard work pave the way for a bright future, allowing him to contribute meaningfully to society and the nation.
