Serdang, January 9th – The Yayasan Pak Rashid briefing provided valuable insight into the foundation’s initiatives, which are dedicated to supporting academic and research excellence. The session was presented by Mrs. Sarah Rahim, former Secretary of the Alumni Relations Centre, who conducted the briefing to all the staff members of Alumni Relations Centre UPM.

Yayasan Pak Rashid is committed to assisting UPM students and researchers through a range of initiatives designed to foster academic success and groundbreaking research. Among its key programmes are scholarship schemes aimed at alleviating the financial burden of outstanding students, the Pak Rashid Research Grants, which provide financial support for innovative studies with a significant societal impact, and the University Gold Medal Award, the highest honour given to students who excel both academically and in co-curricular activities.
More than just an informative session, this briefing served as a platform for meaningful dialogue, allowing participants to engage with the foundation and provide valuable input that will shape future initiatives.
