SERDANG, 12 Oct –Alumni Relations Centre UPM (ARCUPM) participated in the UPM Service Innovation Award 2022 through Alumni Information System (AIS). The presentation was led by ARCUPM Deputy Director, Fahmi Azar Mistar and Assistant Registrar, Nik Hafzaini Nik Hassan.

The Alumni Information System (AIS) is an alumni portal developed by the Alumni Relations Centre to collect and update UPM alumni data and profiles more comprehensively and efficiently. This portal is to ensure that the information and profiles of alumni are always up-to-date, active and easy to contact for the purpose of disseminating and publicity of various activities and programmes organised by UPM.

This system can not only collect all alumni data in one place, but it can also be used to store alumni data using the most recent technology. One of the numerous alumni is from Universiti Putra Malaysia. This system is seen as the best alternative to be used as a platform for alumni to stay connected with alma mater.
