SERDANG, 24th July – The Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) Alumni Relations Centre (ARCUPM) successfully completed the Second-Level Assessment for the Quality Environment Award (EKSA) in conjunction with the Quality and Service Innovation Day (HKIP) 2025/2026 on 24 July 2026.

The assessment marked another important milestone in ARCUPM's continuous efforts to cultivate a quality-driven, systematic and conducive workplace environment in line with the principles of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA).

ARCUPM extends its heartfelt appreciation to the assessment panel, Ms. Zaidina Mohd Daud from the Faculty of Science and Mr. Fahrul Asmady Yunus from the Centre for Corporate Strategy and Relations, for their valuable time, constructive evaluation and insightful recommendations. Their feedback will serve as an important guide in further enhancing workplace practices and strengthening the Centre's commitment to continuous quality improvement.

The assessment was attended by Mr. Fahmi Azar Mistar, Director of the UPM Alumni Relations Centre, and Dr. Muhammad Mu'az Mahmud, Deputy Director of the UPM Alumni Relations Centre, together with all ARCUPM staff members. Their collective commitment reflects the Centre's ongoing dedication to maintaining a well-organised, efficient and high-quality working environment that supports excellence in service delivery.

The successful completion of the assessment demonstrates ARCUPM's commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and organisational excellence. The Centre remains dedicated to upholding EKSA best practices in support of UPM's aspiration to deliver quality services to the University community and its alumni while promoting an efficient, professional and people-centred workplace.
