Serdang, 12 November – The Tracing Alumni for Collaboration and Engagement (TRACE)@Sports 2025 Series 1 programme, organised by the UPM Alumni Relations Centre (ARCUPM), was successfully held in conjunction with the Sports Performance and Innovation Seminar 2025 at the Auditorium Rashdan Baba, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

The programme, which took place from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., served as a strategic platform to trace, update, and reconnect with UPM alumni, particularly those involved in the field of sports. It also provided a meaningful avenue to strengthen professional networks, foster collaboration, and reinforce the bond between alumni and the university community.

During the event, five UPM alumni were successfully traced, including Mr. Mohd Azlan bin Abdul Mubin, a former Malaysian sepak takraw player and UPM Class of 2009 alumnus. His presence at the seminar added value to the session and served as an inspiration for the students and participants in attendance.

Beyond data collection, the TRACE@Sports 2025 programme acts as a platform to celebrate the achievements of UPM alumni who have excelled in the sports industry, both nationally and internationally.

In conclusion, the success of this programme reflects ARCUPM’s ongoing commitment to reconnect, recognise, and strengthen ties among UPM alumni across diverse disciplines  embodying the university’s enduring spirit of “With Knowledge We Serve.”
