Serdang, September 24 - The Tracing Alumni for Collaboration and Engagement (TRACE)@PUTRA 2025 Series 1 program was successfully held at Farm Fresh@UPM on September 24, 2025, from 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Organized by the UPM Alumni Relations Centre (ARCUPM), the program gathered Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) alumni, particularly those currently serving at the university.

The main objective of the program was to foster closer bonds among alumni, strengthen professional networks, and explore strategic collaborations for the benefit of the university and its students. What made this program distinctive was its focus on UPM alumni working within the campus community, marking it as the first TRACE series dedicated to internal alumni.

The event was further enriched by the presence of alumni who have contributed scholarships to students, namely Tuan Haji Mat Razi Abdullah (Cyperus 92’ Scholarship), Puan Rafidah Sadarudin (BAKTIGA Scholarship), Encik Muhamad Fiddezuan Ahmad Murad (Putra Student Scholarship), and Cik Sara Hazeqqa Johari (Putra Student Scholarship). Their contributions reflect alumni’s continuous support in assisting students while giving back to their beloved alma mater.

In addition, alumni from various industries also attended, sharing their experiences and inspiring stories, thereby opening new opportunities for meaningful collaboration.

Overall, this program is expected to serve as a catalyst for strengthening UPM’s alumni community on campus and supporting the university’s aspiration towards global excellence.
