Serdang, February 27th – The Alumni Relations Centre (ARCUPM) held a Temu Mesra session with Dr. Gadget UPM, led by Mr. Asraf Mustaqim, to share about the Alumni Scholarship Initiative. This initiative is designed to provide financial assistance to students in need, particularly those within the Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) community, ensuring they have the necessary support to continue their education without financial constraints.

The discussion emphasized the importance of such sponsorships in creating opportunities for students from disadvantaged backgrounds while also allowing alumni to contribute meaningfully to their alma mater and society. By fostering these collaborations, UPM aims to develop well-rounded graduates who will not only excel academically but also become future leaders in their respective fields.

Alumni Scholarship Initiative welcomes support from individuals, corporations and UPM alumni, reinforcing the idea that collective efforts can create a significant impact on students’ lives. Through this sponsorship program, the university hopes to cultivate a spirit of giving back while empowering students to achieve their full potential and contribute to the nation’s progress.
