SERDANG, 17th APRIL 2026 – A 30-minute sharing session was successfully conducted at Read@Uni ARCUPM, involving four industrial training protégés. The session brought together ARCUPM staff in a small gathering aimed at encouraging open communication, reflection, and knowledge sharing.

The industrial training interns demonstrated confidence and preparedness as they delivered their presentations, contributing to a structured yet engaging session. The programme provided a platform for participants to express personal insights while fostering a supportive environment among attendees.

The session began with a presentation by Husna Shafiyah, an English Literature intern who shared her reflections on her fondness for coffee. Her discussion extended beyond personal preference, highlighting underlying themes of family influence and parental connection. By relating her experience to broader values, she offered a perspective that resonated with the audience and set a reflective tone for the session.

Following her presentation, the remaining industrial training students also shared their respective experiences and viewpoints. Each contribution added depth to the discussion, turning the session into a meaningful exchange of ideas rather than a simple presentation. The diversity of perspectives enriched the overall engagement among staff members.

Despite its brief duration, the session was well received and demonstrated the value of creating spaces for dialogue and expression within the university community. The supportive atmosphere encouraged participants to share openly while promoting mutual understanding.

The programme concluded with aspirations to continue similar initiatives under Read@Uni Al-Falah: Kisahkan Sebuah Cerita. In line with the programme’s objectives, such sessions are expected to promote intellectual growth, positive values, and effective communication among staff and students.

The initiative was originally proposed by ARCUPM Director, Mr. Fahmi Azar Mistar, who emphasised the importance of transforming reading spaces into platforms for idea sharing. He highlighted that such efforts can encourage individuals to express thoughts and engage in constructive discussions, regardless of the topic.
