The programme was joined by YBhg. Dato' Professor Ir. Dr. Ahmad Farhan Mohd. The ceremony marked the successful conclusion of a month-long series of programmes held throughout June 2026, each designed to strengthen engagement among the University community while delivering meaningful benefits to both the campus and the wider society.

Also in attendance was Mr. Fahmi Azar Mistar, Director of the UPM Alumni Relations Centre, together with staff members of the Alumni Relations Centre. Their presence reflected the Centre's continuous support for initiatives that promote well-being, strengthen alumni engagement, and encourage active participation among members of the UPM community.

The organising committee extends its sincere appreciation to all participants for their enthusiastic support and commitment in making the programme a success. Congratulations are also extended to everyone who successfully completed the 10,000-step challenge, demonstrating determination and a shared commitment to healthy living.

The PUTRASihat 10,000 Steps UPM programme exemplifies the University's commitment to promoting physical well-being alongside community engagement. By encouraging healthy habits and strengthening relationships among students, staff, alumni, and the wider university community, the initiative contributes to the development of a more active, connected, and resilient campus environment.

As Bulan Sinergi Putra 2026 comes to a close, it is hoped that the spirit of sportsmanship, healthy living, and togetherness fostered throughout the programme will continue to inspire the UPM community. Through initiatives such as PUTRASihat, Universiti Putra Malaysia reaffirms its commitment to nurturing a holistic university community that values wellness, collaboration, and lifelong engagement.
