SERDANG, 7 August – Meeting for protocol committee is held at Bilik Menara Warisan Budi, Alumni Relations Centre (ARCUPM) and is chaired by Mrs. Aida Fitri, ARCUPM Assistant Registrar. Also present during the meeting are a few of ARCUPM staff to discuss their respective works to facilitate the movement of each program as well as the movement of students.

This meeting discusses as well as appoints protocol committee who will make sure the movement of Minggu Perkasa Putra (MPP) session 2023/2024 will run smoothly. This program will be held for about a week at UPM Big Hall starting from 30 September 2023. ARCUPM has been given the responsibility to carry out the work to ensure smooth movement of the students throughout the program.

MPP is an orientation week for new students who are starting their studies at University of Putra Malaysia (UPM). This program aims to introduce the facilities provided to students for them to get to know UPM and adapt better.

One of the objectives of this program is to strengthen the relationship between students through the activities. It also aims to give a bit of exposure to students about the life at university, university environment, study methods, university culture as well as aspects of character building that are applied here.

In this opportunity, ARCUPM would like to congratulate the students who are selected to study at UPM. Since the students would one day become UPM alumni, ARCUPM has taken the chance to insert programs related to alumni in hope students will be motivated to become a successful alumni and contribute back to the alma mater.
