Serdang, 27 November – The UPM Alumni Relations Centre, together with Kolej Sultan Alaeddin Suleiman Shah (KOSASS), held a meeting to discuss the implementation of alumni contributions through the Dapur Madani program and to plan strategic collaboration with partner sponsors. The meeting, held at the UPM Alumni Association Meeting Room, focused on providing basic food supplies and ready-to-eat meals to strengthen student welfare, in line with the objectives of the Dapur Madani program.

The meeting was chaired by the Director of the UPM Alumni Relations Centre, Mr. Fahmi Azar Mistar, and attended by the Deputy President of the UPM Alumni Association, Mr. Shahrudin Mahadi. Representatives from KOSASS included Dr. Mohd Hadi Akbar Basri, Ms. Nur Fazrina Ismail, and Ms. Sanorumi Dawam @ Tawil. Also present were representatives from the UPM Alumni Relations Centre (ARCUPM), namely Ms. Nur Sahira Faghira Tahrir Adli, Mr. Mohd Sahrizan Mat Yatim, and Ms. Nur Ainna Nabilah Amran, while the UPM Alumni Association was represented by Ms. Siti Farhana Saludin and Ms. Siti Rohani Mohamed.

The discussions provided a platform to plan a more systematic approach in ensuring that food aid is delivered efficiently and effectively to students in need. This effort further strengthens collaboration between alumni, the residential college, and the university’s liaison centre to ensure students’ well-being is continuously prioritized.
In conclusion, the meeting successfully established agreements to strengthen the implementation of the Dapur Madani program through more effective coordination and stronger strategic collaboration. This initiative reflects the ongoing commitment of alumni and the university to ensure student welfare remains a top priority.
