Serdang, 1 October 2025 – The Alumni Relations Centre (ARCUPM) of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) held a Protocol Coordination Meeting for Minggu Perkasa Putra (MPP) 2025 in collaboration with the Student Affairs Division (BHEP). The meeting was also attended by students assigned as emcees and ushers for the upcoming programme.
The session aimed to coordinate the roles, responsibilities, and protocol ethics to be observed by the students involved, ensuring the smooth execution of all official ceremonies throughout the MPP 2025 programme.
Through the briefing and sharing session conducted jointly by ARCUPM and BHEP, students were exposed to protocol etiquette, guest reception procedures, and the management of formal university events. This initiative not only enhances students’ understanding of official protocol but also helps build their self-confidence, communication abilities, and event management skills.
The collaboration reflects the continuous commitment of ARCUPM and BHEP to strengthen cooperation in nurturing a new generation of students equipped with strong protocol knowledge and professional event management competencies.
In conclusion, this effort serves as an important platform to empower UPM students with added value, preparing them to become well-rounded, confident, and competent individuals capable of upholding professionalism in organizing future university events.
