Serdang, September 25 – An initial inspection of Menara Warisan Budi was conducted to assess the building’s condition and the progress of final defect rectification works. The inspection aimed to identify technical issues requiring immediate attention prior to the official handover process.

Following the inspection, the Construction Management Group Discussion (CMGD) meeting was held to deliberate on the findings and review the necessary corrective actions. The meeting also served as a platform to coordinate repair schedules, monitoring mechanisms, and ensure that all defects are rectified before the final handover.

The inspection and meeting were attended by representatives from the National Audit Department of Malaysia, Ms. Lili Juliana Kamaruddin and Mr. Hizuan bin Kasim, both Assistant Auditors, who provided input on compliance and monitoring aspects. Also present was Mr. Fahmi Azar Mistar, Director of the UPM Alumni Relations Centre, who lent his support in ensuring smooth and orderly proceedings.

This two-stage process inspection followed by technical discussion marked an important step in guaranteeing the quality of rectification works, adherence to safety standards, and ensuring that Menara Warisan Budi is handed over in its best condition.
