Serdang, 23 June 2025, the UPM Alumni Relations Centre warmly welcomed LAr. Mohd Nazri Saidon, Head of the Department of Landscape Architecture and an alumnus of the Class of 2007, along with Dr. Mohd Fabian Hasna, a 2006 graduate from the Faculty of Design and Architecture, to the Meeting on Donor Plaque Design for Menara Putra Warisan Budi. The session was also attended by representatives from the UPM Alumni Association, reflecting the strong unity and collaboration among the alumni community.

The meeting centred on detailed discussions regarding the design and strategic placement of plaques that will display the names of contributors around Menara Putra Warisan Budi — an iconic structure that holds deep symbolic meaning for UPM alumni. Sustainable and harmonious landscaping was also a key consideration, aligning with UPM’s ongoing commitment to heritage preservation and environmental responsibility. This initiative signifies UPM’s continuous appreciation for its alumni’s contributions and highlights the strong partnership between the faculty, alumni, and the Alumni Relations Centre. Guided by the spirit of #WithKnowledgeWeServe, the project aims to preserve the university’s legacy for future generations.
