Port Dickson, 25 January 2026 – The Alumni Relations Centre of Universiti Putra Malaysia (ARCUPM) successfully organised the Jiwa Putra@Chapter Alumni Vengers: Port Dickson 2026 programme, which was held over two days from 24 to 25 January 2026 at I-AQUAS, Port Dickson.
The programme was organised under the Alumni Network and Professional Linkages Section of ARCUPM, led by Puan Nur Sahira Faghira Tahrir Adli, with the support of section officers Encik Syahid Asyraaf Shamsudin and Encik Abdul Mu’iz Hassan Basri, as well as the involvement of ARCUPM industrial training students. The organisation of this programme reflects ARCUPM’s continued commitment to strengthening alumni networks and nurturing student leadership.
A total of 39 students participated in the programme, which aimed to reinforce the role of the Chapter Alumni Vengers (CAV) formerly known as the Chapter Student Ambassador (CSA) as a strategic bridge between students and the Universiti Putra Malaysia alumni community. The programme was designed to cultivate leadership skills, volunteerism, and the Putra identity among chapter members.

Throughout the programme, participants were exposed to various high-impact activities. Among the key highlights was Beach Plogging along the I-AQUAS shoreline, conducted under the Jiwa Putra Empowerment initiative to promote environmental sustainability awareness and a strong sense of social responsibility. In addition, the Putra Resilience Challenge was organised as a platform for character development, personal resilience, and teamwork among participants.
The programme was further enhanced by the Alumni Vengers Appreciation Night, held to recognise the commitment, contributions, and active involvement of Chapter Alumni Vengers members in supporting the agenda of strengthening student–alumni engagement at UPM.
Overall, the Jiwa Putra@Chapter Alumni Vengers programme served as an important platform in strengthening the transformation of the Chapter Alumni Vengers’ role while ensuring the continuity of student leadership development initiatives grounded in shared values, identity, and the spirit of unity among the Putra community.
