SERDANG, 18 October - The interview with Prof. Associate Dr. Arba'ie Sujud, former Director of the UPM Alumni Relations Center (ARCUPM), went smoothly. Former Director's return to ARCUPM was enthusiastically greeted by the staff and officers who still miss him as a leader in ARCUPM. Even though he has retired, he still want to be an integral part of the teaching staff at UPM, which is as a lecturer.

This interview is meant to collect information, opinions, and ideas from one of those involved in the establishment of the Menara Jam Warisan Budi, which is scheduled to be completed in April or May 2024.

Based on his experience as a previous Director of ARCUPM, he presented numerous stories about Menara Jam Warisan Budi till the last moment before his permanent retirement on August 23. On the same day, a symbolic ceremony to hand over the Menara Jam Warisan Budi site to the contractor was held at Umai Cafe, Kolej Tan Sri Mustapha Babjee (KTMB), UPM.

His sharing of the concepts behind the Menara Jam Warisan Budi's building is appreciated and will be portrayed by the writer in the book "Coffee Table Book," which will be published and launched at the time and date of the Menara Jam Warisan Budi's launching soon.

"Menara Jam Warisan Budi is more than merely a structure. It has a philosophy that all UPM residents, including staff, students, and alumni, have to adhere to. The great aesthetic value of this skyscraper must be lived in order for us all to make this tower not simply a tower, but there is a fighting spirit and togetherness of all UPM citizens, including its alumni, in order for this tower to be completed successfully. As far as we can tell, ARCUPM's responsibility does not end once the tower is completed, but the challenge is considerably larger once the tower is completed," he stated eagerly.

He hoped that the Menara Jam construction would progress smoothly and that the Menara Jam Warisan Budi would live on in the memory of all UPM citizens long after the project had been completed for several years. He also hoped that the Menara Jam will serve as a motivation for everyone to manage their time wisely.
