Serdang, 13 May 2025, The UPM Alumni Relations Centre (ARCUPM) recently conducted an Internal Audit for the Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015 as part of its ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and a culture of excellence.

The audit aimed to ensure that the quality management practices implemented by ARCUPM are on the right track, in compliance with international standards, and capable of delivering efficient and effective services to stakeholders, including alumni, students, and the university.

This initiative also serves as a proactive step towards enhancing work processes in line with the principles of integrity, efficiency, and professionalism. ARCUPM remains dedicated to supporting the excellence of Universiti Putra Malaysia through strengthened management systems and high-quality service delivery.
