SERDANG – Alumni Relations Centre (ARCUPM) has held a gotong-royong for EKSA on 4 Desember 2023. The gotong-royong which has involved all of ARCUPM staff is aiming to improve the working environment according to EKSA guidelines.

Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem or better known as EKSA is a program that aims to improve the corporate image, create a conducive environment in addition to increasing motivation and discipline as well as fostering team spirit. ARCUPM is one of the PTjs that is always committed to the practice of EKSA. This is evident when ARCUPM became the prominent PTj in the judging of Employee Quality and Innovation Day in 2022.

Along with this gotong-royong, ARCUPM also holds a competition among the staff to ensure that each zone is in tip-top condition, apart from fostering a healthy competitive spirit among staff. Taking this opportunity, ARCUPM would like to say well done and thank the staff for making this program a success according to EKSA's vision of improving service quality and productivity with a conducive workplace environment.
