SERDANG, 19 May – Ms. Norshela Osman, Administrative Assistant (P/O) at the Alumni Relations Centre of Universiti Putra Malaysia (ARCUPM), was honoured with the Excellent Service Award (Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang, APC) 2025 during the Majlis Gemilang Putra 2025 held at the Grand Hall, Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Cultural and Arts Centre, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), today.

The award recognises her commitment, dedication and outstanding work performance demonstrated throughout her service.

ARCUPM extended its heartfelt congratulations on the achievement, describing the recognition as a meaningful appreciation of employees who consistently uphold excellence and integrity in carrying out their responsibilities.

ARCUPM has stated that the recognition is expected to further motivate the recipient to maintain high standards of service delivery while inspiring colleagues to continue performing their duties with commitment and professionalism.

Majlis Gemilang Putra serves as a platform to recognise members of the Universiti Putra Malaysia community who have demonstrated exceptional performance and significant contributions towards strengthening the university’s excellence.
