Serdang, 10 February – The Student Affairs and Alumni (HEPA) Entity Achievement Workshop was held at Balai Minda, Kolej Sultan Alaeddin Suleiman Shah (KOSASS), with the participation of all entities under HEPA to present their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the achievements of their respective Responsibility Centres (PTj).
The programme served as an important platform to evaluate current performance, strengthen strategic planning, and align the direction of each entity with the aspirations of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).
The UPM Alumni Relations Centre (ARCUPM) was among the participating entities. The ARCUPM delegation was led by its Director, Mr. Fahmi Azar Mistar, accompanied by the Senior Assistant Registrar, Ms. Wan Nahariah Wan Tahir; the Head of Alumni Relations and Professional Networking Section, Ms. Sahira Faghira Tahrir Adli; and the Head of Governance and Finance Unit, Mr. Sahrizan Mat Yatim.
Through the presentations and discussion sessions held, each entity was encouraged to continue working collaboratively and to strengthen strategic cooperation to ensure that KPI targets are achieved effectively.
This integrated commitment is vital in realising the university’s aspirations while ensuring that students’ interests and needs remain a priority. UPM students are not only the university’s primary stakeholders but also serve as ambassadors who will elevate UPM’s name on the global stage.
