SERDANG, 15 JUNE – The Alumni Relations Centre of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) participated in the Launch of Bulan Sinergi Putra through a dedicated exhibition booth that showcased various initiatives, achievements, and the impact of alumni contributions in supporting the university’s development and student welfare.

The UPM Alumni Relations Centre extends its highest appreciation to YBhg. Datuk Prof. Dr. Azlinda Azman, Director-General of Higher Education; YBhg. Dato’ Prof. Ir. Dr. Ahmad Farhan Mohd. Sadullah, FASc, Vice-Chancellor of UPM; and Mr. Nuqman Naufal bin Nor Azhari, President of the UPM Student Representative Council (MPP), for taking the time to visit the booth and learn more about the various initiatives driven by the UPM alumni community.

Through this exhibition, visitors were given the opportunity to gain a closer insight into the strategic role of alumni in contributing to the university’s progress, particularly through fundraising initiatives and scholarship sponsorships established through their generosity and commitment to giving back to their alma mater. These efforts have created greater opportunities for UPM students to pursue their studies and achieve academic excellence.

Also featured as a key attraction was the Menara Putra Warisan Budi showcase, a symbol of the strength of UPM’s alumni network and the enduring culture of philanthropy among its graduates. The tower reflects the continuous support of alumni whose contributions have helped drive various university development initiatives and enhance the well-being of the campus community.

Participation in Bulan Sinergi Putra not only strengthens the relationship between alumni and the university but also serves as a platform to inspire more members of the UPM community to cultivate a spirit of giving in support of future generations’ success and excellence.
