SERDANG, 13 May 2026 – The EKSA (Ekosistem Kondusif Sektor Awam) gotong-royong programme was successfully conducted at the Alumni Relations Centre Universiti Putra Malaysia (ARCUPM), reflecting the staff’s commitment towards creating a cleaner, more organised, and conducive workplace environment.
Preparations for the programme began as early as 9.00 a.m., immediately following a coordination meeting held to ensure that planning and implementation could be carried out smoothly and effectively. The programme involved the active participation of all ARCUPM staff members, including interns, who worked together throughout the activity.

The gotong-royong initiative was carried out over a period of two days, with the staff focusing on cleaning, organising workspaces, rearranging office areas, and enhancing the overall office environment in line with EKSA practices. Through teamwork and cooperation, ARCUPM workers successfully transformed the office into a more organised and pleasant space that promotes productivity and comfort.
Beyond maintaining cleanliness and organisation, the programme also strengthened teamwork and fostered closer relationships among staff members. The collaborative effort demonstrated the spirit of unity and shared responsibility among the ARCUPM team in ensuring a conducive work environment.

The initiative also reflects ARCUPM’s continuous commitment to implementing EKSA practices while creating a positive workplace atmosphere that encourages fresh ideas, innovation, and improved efficiency in daily operations.
