SERDANG, 12 June – The Alumni Relations Centre, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), conducted a benchmarking visit on the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) to the UPM Quality Assurance Centre as part of its continuous efforts to strengthen systematic, conducive, and quality-driven workplace management practices.
The visit served as a valuable platform for knowledge sharing, experience exchange, and the dissemination of best practices in EKSA implementation. It also provided opportunities for constructive discussions on strategies and approaches that could further enhance organisational management effectiveness and foster a high-performance work culture.

This initiative reflects UPM’s commitment to continuous improvement in creating a more efficient, organised, and quality-oriented work environment. The benchmarking programme also enabled staff members to gain new insights and ideas that can be applied to strengthen EKSA implementation within their respective responsibility centres.
The UPM Alumni Relations Centre extends its sincere appreciation to Ms. Rozi Tamin, Deputy Director of Service Quality Assurance and Chairperson of EKSA, Quality Assurance Centre, as well as Ms. Zenaida Md. Zenon, Head of the Quality Audit Section and EKSA Coordinator, together with all staff members of the Quality Assurance Centre, for their warm hospitality and willingness to share their knowledge, experiences, and best practices throughout the visit.

It is hoped that this collaboration and knowledge-sharing initiative will continue to flourish, contributing to organisational excellence and the enhancement of a quality-driven work culture at UPM.
