SERDANG, 5 Aug - EKSA benchmarking visit from the School of Business and Economics provides numerous inputs and improvement to the practice of EKSA. The visit was initiated with a welcoming remark from ARCUPM Deputy Director Fahmi Azar Mistar.

As host, visit from other offices is most welcomed to share ideas and make improvements on EKSA practice in creating a more organised working environment. 

The practice of EKSA in UPM is in line with the 694^th University Management Committee Meeting on 29 January 2020, has approved the rebranding of Amalan Persekitaran Berkualiti 5S to Ekosistem Kondusif Sektor Awam (EKSA) starting in 2021 for the re-implementation throughout UPM offices. Notification in this matter has been made to all offices by letter dated 13 February 2020.

With the motto ‘Persekitaran Kondusif Pencetus Transformasi Kerja Berkualiti’, all offices are called to cultivate EKSA practice towards improved team playing and to create a conducive and harmony working environment.
