The briefing was delivered by the Director of ARCUPM, Mr. Fahmi Azar Mistar, together with the President of the Universiti Putra Malaysia Alumni Association (PAUPM), Mr. Mohd Norashedy Ab. Rashid. The discussion focused on efforts to empower alumni as strategic partners of the university through their involvement in student development, industry knowledge sharing, and support for various university initiatives.

In addition, the session served as a platform for two-way discussions and the exchange of ideas between the university management and alumni representatives. The discussion reflected the continuous commitment of both parties in expanding more impactful and sustainable collaborations for the benefit of the university and the alumni community as a whole.

ARCUPM also expressed its appreciation to YBhg. Dato’ Sri Jailani Johari for the valuable insights and suggestions shared in strengthening alumni engagement with their alma mater. It is hoped that sessions such as this will serve as a catalyst for building a more active, dynamic, and competitive alumni network in line with Universiti Putra Malaysia’s aspirations for excellence.
