Serdang, March 19th – The Alumni Relations Centre UPM warmly welcomed a delegation from UTMAlumni for a benchmarking visit focusing on alumni management and the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA). This visit served as a platform to strengthen collaboration between the two universities while exchanging insights on best practices in alumni engagement and fostering a high-quality work environment through EKSA implementation.
Leading the delegation from UTMAlumni was Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Mohd Hisyam Bin Rasidi, Director of UTMAlumni, accompanied by a dedicated team comprising Amirul Shahrin Bin Amir (Administrative Officer), Mohd Fauzi Bin Abdul Rais (Administrative Officer and UPM Alumnus), along with other key staff members. Their presence facilitated valuable discussions on strategies for enhancing alumni relations, developing sustainable fundraising initiatives, and improving alumni information management systems.

In addition to these discussions, both parties delved into the implementation of EKSA as a structured approach to maintaining a systematic, efficient, and sustainable work environment. This knowledge-sharing session provided an opportunity to refine current practices while exploring innovative ways to strengthen institutional support for alumni networks.
The Alumni Relations Centre UPM expresses its sincere appreciation for this meaningful visit and looks forward to continued collaboration with UTMAlumni in advancing alumni engagement efforts. By working together, both institutions can further empower their alumni communities as invaluable assets to the university and society at large.
