Shah Alam, September 26 – The Alumni Relations Centre of Universiti Putra Malaysia (ARCUPM), in collaboration with the Institute of Digital Entrepreneurship Development (IDEC) UPM, conducted a Benchmarking Visit to the Alumni Network Centre (ANC) of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam.

The visit aimed to strengthen strategic collaboration between universities and to gain insights into best practices in alumni development and management, particularly in relation to the Alumni Information System (AIS) and the Virtual Alumni Card.

The session was joined by Associate Professor Datin Sri Dr. Nazura Mohamed Sayuti, Director of the Alumni Network Centre (ANC) UiTM, along with her team of officers. During the visit, the UiTM representatives shared their experience, expertise, and strategies in successfully implementing an effective alumni management system.

ARCUPM expressed its sincere appreciation to UiTM for its openness in sharing knowledge and fostering a meaningful exchange of ideas. The benchmarking visit demonstrated that strategic collaboration among public universities can create a positive impact on alumni development, in line with UPM’s aspiration to be recognised as a leading world-class institution.
