SERDANG, 3 NOVEMBER – The UPM Alumni Center (ARCUPM) received a benchmark visit of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and at the same time further strengthened the friendship between higher edication institutions.
The visit gave a lot of input and improvement to the practice ok EKSA at ARCUPM itself. The visit session started with a welcome speech by the host led by YBhg. Prof. Associate Dr. Arba’ie Sujud.
At the host the presence of visitors from other institutions of higher learning is very welcome to share ideas in making improvements to EKSA’s practice to create a more structured and orderly work environment.
The practice ok EKSA at UPM is line with the 694th University Management Committee Meeting on 29 January 2020 which approved the rebranding of UPM’s 5S Quality Environmental Practices to the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) beginning in 2021 for the re-implementation of PTJ at UPM. Notification regarding this matter has been made to all PTJs through a letter dated 13 February 2020.
By bringing the motto ‘Environment Conducive to Triggering Quality Work Transformation’ to all PTJs at UPM it is recommended to revive the EKSA culture towards better teamwork and further create a conducive and harmonious environment.
