ARCUPM INDUSTRIAL TRAINING EVALUATION SESSION HIGHLIGHTS STUDENT EXCELLENCE

SERDANG, 16th July – The Centre for Alumni Relations, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), successfully conducted the Industrial Training Evaluation Session for its industrial training student, marking an important milestone in assessing the student's progress and professional development throughout the internship period.

The evaluation session was conducted by Dr. Manimangai a/p Mani, a distinguished UPM alumna from the Class of 2002 and 2004, who attended in her capacity as the Industrial Training Supervising Evaluator. The session focused on evaluating the student's achievements, work performance and overall competency development, while providing constructive feedback to support continuous learning and professional growth.

Special congratulations are extended to Ms. Husna Shafiyah binti Hishamuddin from the Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication, UPM, for her outstanding performance during her industrial training under the supervision of Mrs. Suziana Che Wil. Her dedication, commitment and professionalism throughout the internship reflect the high standards expected of UPM students.

During the evaluation, the student shared valuable insights into the knowledge gained, practical experiences acquired and challenges encountered throughout the industrial training period. These reflections demonstrated her readiness to adapt to professional workplace environments while showcasing strong communication skills, resilience and a commitment to lifelong learning.

The Centre for Alumni Relations, UPM, congratulates the student on her achievement and expresses its appreciation to all parties involved in ensuring the success of the industrial training programme. It is hoped that the experience gained will serve as a strong foundation for developing essential soft skills, leadership qualities and professional ethics, ultimately producing holistic, competent and industry-ready graduates who will contribute meaningfully to society.
