Serdang, 16 March 2026 – In the midst of holy Ramadan, where the bond between families and relations continue strengthened and grow, ARCUPM successfully held a small appreciation event for a practical student along with an iftar dinner with the staff under the same condition; to enliven the bond. 

The appreciation event was successfully held at Bilik Menara Warisan Budi, ARCUPM. The purpose of the event was to celebrate an industrial training student, Nor Syamimi Mohd Nor who has finished her 6-month industrial period under the section of rangkaian alumni dan jaringan professional. The event was held exclusively among the staff, allowing the room to acknowledge her contribution, kindness and presence at ARCUPM. Besides, Nor Syamimi also expressed her gratitude for a constant acceptance and acknowledgement throughout her industrial learning here. 

Throughout her journey at ARCUPM, Nor Syamimi, a Malay Linguistics undergraduate, mentioned that she has learned a lot from the ARCUPM staff regardless of hierarchy. She has been meaning to seek growth under pressure, while maintaining resilience at work. Her contribution, along with her strong participation in ARCUPM programmes made a significant impact, into reliving the relation between alumni, professionalism-sharpen and fresh ideas. 

The programme continued with an iftar gathering among ARCUPM staff, creating a warm, welcoming, and relaxed atmosphere after a day of meaningful engagement. The gathering was further enlivened by the presence of staff members who brought along their families, adding a personal and heartfelt touch to the occasion. The shared experience of breaking fast together not only reflected the spiritual significance of Ramadan but also strengthened interpersonal connections beyond the workplace setting.

Throughout the evening, the atmosphere was filled with conversations, laughter, and a strong sense of camaraderie, highlighting the close-knit nature of the ARCUPM community. The informal setting allowed staff to interact more openly, fostering mutual understanding and reinforcing a culture of inclusivity and support within the organisation. Such gatherings serve as an important platform to nurture positive relationships, enhance morale, and encourage a sense of belonging among all members.

Overall, the event not only celebrated the contributions of the industrial trainee but also played a significant role in strengthening relationships among staff. It reflected ARCUPM’s continued commitment to cultivating a supportive and appreciative working environment, while promoting teamwork, unity, and the core values of compassion and generosity, especially during the holy month of Ramadan.
