The UMT delegation was led by Associate Professor ChM. Dr. Mohd Zul Helmi Rozaini, Director of the UMT Alumni Centre, accompanied by Mr. Zolarman Mohamad, Deputy Director. The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Fahmi Azar Mistar, Director of ARCUPM.
The visit aimed to facilitate the exchange of insights and best practices in managing alumni-related operations, particularly in strengthening alumni engagement and enhancing organisational governance. Discussions focused on strategies to position alumni as strategic partners in supporting university development and institutional sustainability.

In addition, ARCUPM shared its experience and approach in implementing EKSA at the Responsibility Centre (PTj) level, including aspects related to workplace organisation, compliance standards, and the cultivation of a systematic and conducive working environment.
Overall, the benchmarking visit provided a valuable platform to strengthen collaboration between the two public universities. It is hoped that this strategic engagement will continue to support shared aspirations, institutional excellence, and the sustainable delivery of services to the university community.
