Bangi, 19 May 2025, The UPM Alumni Relations Centre (ARCUPM) conducted a benchmarking visit to the Quality Assurance Centre at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) to share and exchange best practices related to the implementation of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA).

This visit aimed to enhance understanding and broaden perspectives on EKSA through two-way discussions, knowledge sharing, and direct observation of successful initiatives implemented at UKM.

It is hoped that insights gained from this visit will add value to ARCUPM’s EKSA practices and serve as a catalyst for fostering a more systematic, efficient, and conducive work culture.
