SERDANG, 23 August – In conjunction with the retirement of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Arba'ie Sujud, ARCUPM staff held a farewell ceremony for him at Alumni Relations Centre UPM (ARCUPM).

This ceremony is held to invite Dr. Arbai’e’s friends and acquaintances to meet up for the last time before he retires. The ceremony is also attended by ARCUPM staff to make it merrier. It starts with a speech from Dr. Arbai’e and followed by speeches from his friends and acquaintances.

Dr. Arabai’e is the 5th Director of ARCUPM from January 2021 until August 2023. He is also an alumni from Class 1997, 1999 and 2004 and has served as a lecturer at Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication (FALCOMM) before being appointed as Deputy Dean UPM  Academic and Student Affairs (BHEPUPM). He has provided big contributions to both ARCUPM and to the university throughout his time serving at UPM.

ARCUPM would like to wish farewell and endless gratitude to his service and contributions while serving here. Also wishing many thanks to ARCUPM staff who have worked hard in preparing this ceremony.

Meals are also provided for the attendees. The ceremony starts at 2.30PM and ends around 5PM. President of the UPM Alumni Association Dato' Raihan Sharif and the former Chairman, Board of Directors of Universiti Putra Malaysia, Y.A.M Tengku Syarif Laksamana Perlis Dato’ Seri DiRaja Syed Razlan Syed putra Jamalullail are also present at the event.
