SERDANG, 22 July - The contribution from alumni to alma mater could be in ay forms. The knowledge sharing from a mentor to students is greatly welcome as a symbol of moral support to students in facing challenges in their studies.
Yayasan Pak Rashid (YPR) in collaboration with Alumni Relations Centre UPM (ARCUPM) has organised YPR Mentorship programme which was held on 22 July 2022, 2.45 pm at Bilik Menara Warisan Budi, Alumni Relations Centre.
The mentor-mentee programme concept is to provide continuous guidance and to enhance the mentee’s degree of excellence. Dato’ Mohamad Hashim Ahmad Tajudin, YPR Trustee was given the opportunity to be a mentor for three YPR Scholarship recipients 2021/2022 session, who are Aiman, Hemala and Aisyah.
The sharing session was seen as a form of interesting knowledge transfer and highly beneficial to the YPR Scholarship recipients. The students’ excellence will bring YPR name as their benefactor and they should be aware of the responsibility.
