SERDANG – Internal Audit SPK ISO: 2015 at the UPM Alumni Relations Center (ARCUPM) has already been held smoothly. Two auditors, Puan Norazlina Zulkefli and Puan Nur Fazrina Ismail, have been assigned to audit ARCUPM to jointly make improvements to the service.

The advice given will be used as a benchmark to continue to provide more efficient and effective services. Throughout the audit session, every ARCUPM staff also provided full cooperation in the preparation of every document required during the audit process.

The Alumni Relations Center expressed its highest appreciation and thanks to the auditors who also shared a lot of ideas with ARCUPM to be more well-developed in each service and so on.
