SERDANG, 29 JULY - In an effort to improve the application of EKSA at their respective Centers of Responsibility, the Quality Assurance Center (CQA) paid a visit to the UPM Alumni Relations Center (ARCUPM) (PTJ). The visit, which began at 2:30 and ended at 4:30, greatly influenced and improved the EKSA practice at ARCUPM. The visit began with a welcome speech by the host led by Mr. Fahmi Azar Mistar, Deputy Director of UPM Alumni Relations Centre.

As a host, visitors from other PTJ are welcome to share ideas in making improvements to EKSA practice to create a more structured and organized working environment. The Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) will be the new name for UPM's 5S Quality Environment Practices beginning in 2021 as part of the implementation of all PTJ, as authorized by the 694th University Management Committee Meeting on January 29, 2020. All PTJ have been informed about this subject in a letter dated February 13, 2020. 

By bringing the motto 'Conducive Environment of Quality Work Transformation Trigger' to all PTJs in UPM it is recommended to bring the EKSA culture to life in their respective PTJ. One EKSA assessment will be conducted in that direction to make sure that each EKSA culture brings the ECA culture to life for improved teamwork and moving forward to achieve a conducive and harmonious environment.
