SERDANG, 18 Oct - Alumni Relations Centre UPM (ARCUPM) has been audited with SIRIM 9001:2015 and the auditors responsible for auditing ARCUPM were Wan Khairul Anuar Wan Ali and the monitoring officer, Rita Anak Bajat from the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Student Affairs and Alumni) while the escort officers from ARCUPM were Nik Hafzaini Nik Hassan and Sarah Rahim.

Throughout the auditing process, all ARCUPM staff have cooperated well and successfully prepared the document required by the auditors. The audit session which took place at 9 am and ended at 4.30 pm runs smoothly. Each required document is successfully submitted for the review to the auditor.

This auditing procedure is a common procedure in ensuring that each department and PTJ comply with every standard set in achieving QMS Sirim 9001:2015. Congratulations to Alumni Relations Centre UPM team, who consistently provide services in an effective and efficient manner thanks to their dedication, cooperation, and high calibre.
