SERDANG - UPM Alumni Relations Centre (ARCUPM) in collaboration with Cikgu Rashid Residential College Alumni (KKCR), Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Cultural and Arts Centre and UPM Alumni Association has organised the 6th Series 6, the Hi-Tea Alumni of Cikgu Rashid Residential College class 1987-1993 at the Great Hall of UPM.

The reunion of the KKCR alumni is like the betel leaf return to the stalk and also the return of all these alumni is to serve the alma mater especially to UPM students who need help.

Vice-Chancellor of UPM Ybhg, Prof. Dr. Roslan Sulaiman and the former principal of KKCR, Dr. Yahya Mat Hassan will also present at the Hi-Tea. The Hi-Tea ceremony received an overwhelming response from alumni who were present to show togetherness with alma mater in achieving every mission and vision of the university.

At the Hi-tea ceremony, KKCR alumni also handed over laptop donations to B40 students amounting to RM5,400. This contribution certainly eases the burden of students who need devices to continue their studies during the increasingly challenging pandemic times.

The Alumni Relations Centre expresses its deepest appreciation and gratitude to KKCR alumni for their contribution. Slogan #fromalumnitoupm continued to be enlivened by more alumni returning to donate to the alma mater.
