SERDANG – The School of Graduate Studies (SGS) of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) held a benchmarking visit of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) to the UPM Alumni Relations Center (ARCUPM) on 27 July 2023.

The visit attended by 12 staff from SGS led to a sharing of EKSA practices in their respective Responsibility Centers (PTj). SGS is also one of the PTj that practices the best EKSA culture and was among the best PTj in the Employee Quality and Innovation Day last year.

The visit from SGS was welcomed by ARCUPM staff led by ARCUPM Director Ybrs. Prof. Associate Dr. Arba'ie Sujud, ARCUPM Deputy Director, Mr. Fahmi Azar Mistar, ARCUPM officers and staff.

According to Prof. Associate Dr. Arba'ie, every visitor is welcomed with an open heart, and every knowledge will be shared in order to cultivate EKSA practices that are beneficial not only to the comfort of the work environment, but also to the creation of a better and highly competent work culture.

ARCUPM requires all employees, particularly new employees, to grasp EKSA practices. This practice must be implemented by all employees in order to create a more dynamic and comprehensive work environment.

The SGS representatives were also given a tour of the ARCUPM office, and a session to exchange thoughts and ideas was held concurrently. One of the goals of an EKSA visit is to be open to receiving ideas and points of view in a relaxed setting.

The ARCUPM would like to convey our heartfelt appreciation for the courteous visit from the SGS in collaboratively enhancing the practice of EKSA in their different Ptj.
