SERDANG, 4 Sept - The meeting to co-ordinate the implementation of The Administrative Management Quality Award And Star Rating 2023/2024 was held at the Warisan Budi Meeting Room, Universiti Putra Malaysia Alumni Relations Center (ARCUPM).

The meeting, which was headed by ARCUPM Deputy Director Encik Fahmi Azar Mistar and attended by all ARCUPM staff, is to examine the phases and changes that may be made in preparation for the 2023/2024 HKIP, which will be evaluated in the middle of next year, 2024.

ARCUPM has a pretty favorable position in terms of star rating based on previous year successes, and the year 2023/2024 is a more demanding year since a baseline of last year's successful outcomes must be maintained and enhanced.

The dedication of the workers, including management, is necessary once again for ARCUPM to draw its name on HKIP this time. This achievement, according to Mr. Fahmi, will be the consequence of collaboration. It is not an individual effort but each member of staff must play their own role to guarantee that ARCUPM is successful again.

The main committee responsible for maintaining the success of HKIP this time was also reminded at the meeting to always ensure that every KPI and marking that has been specified is followed as best as possible.

This time, HKIP is predicted to be more intensive since each Responsibility Center (PTj) has the potential to be the greatest, and PTj that previously achieved success has become a baseline for PTj to compete equally at HKIP this time.

ARCUPM is always committed to producing the greatest outcomes, and every success is the result of a high degree of teamwork and equitably shouldering each other's obligations to the best of their ability.
