SERDANG - UPM Alumni Relations Centre (ARCUPM) has conducted a second internal audit of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) on 22 December 2023. This exercise was carried out to evaluate the improvements made from each EKSA area zone based on the first internal audit assessment conducted on 26 September 2023. EKSA Internal Audit Series 2 is for final preparation before EKSA assessment by External Valuers in conjunction with Service Quality and Innovation Day (HKIP) soon. 

ARCUPM on the HKIP rating for 2022 has won several prizes and contested categories. For the year 2023/2024 the spirit and togetherness to continue cultivating EKSA practices and so on is still ongoing.  Various activities and a series of gotong-royong were carried out at the Responsibility Centre (PTj) level. The commitment and support from all staff from the management stage to the operation is not left behind to jointly inculcate this practice.  

Self-Audit is one of the catalysts for staff to harmonise a more conducive working environment. Through self-audit, each staff knows their position and where to improve to help PTj achieve the best place in the HKIP assessment that was conducted around August 2024.  A high - quality way of working will show the best work. One way is to practice EKSA layout in the workplace. Based on that, ARCUPM is always committed in conducting and practicing EKSA culture. This is not only for the comfort of the working environment but also to improve the quality and performance of the work by highlighting the high corporate elements.
