SERDANG, 25 Aug - Alumni Relations Centre has visited i-PUTRA for EKSA benchmarking to cultivate EKSA at ARCUPM.

The visit started from 3.00 to 5.00 pm and was welcomed by the Senior Assistant Registrar Head of Global Network Section, Ida Suhaila Md Tahir. 14 ARCUPM staff participated in the visit and many inputs were shared to strengthen the practice and culture of EKSA at their respective office.

The EKSA practice in UPM is in line with the 694th University Management Committee Meeting on 29 January 2020 has approved the rebranding of the implementation of Amalan Persekitaran Berkualiti 5S UPM to Ekosistem Kondusif Sektor Awam (EKSA) starting in 2021 for the implementation of all PTJs in UPM. Notification on this matter has been made to all PTJs in a letter dated 13 February 2020.

With the motto ‘Persekitaran Kondusif Pencetus Transformasi Kerja Berkualiti’ to all PTJs in UPM, it is recommended to inculcate EKSA culture in their respective PTJ. EKSA assessment will be carried out to ensure that EKSA culture created better teamwork and thus create a conducive and harmonious environment.
