SERDANG, 15 Feb – Dato' Prof. Dr. Mohd Roslan Sulaiman, Vice Chancellor of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), presented the seven initiatives of the Vice Chancellor's Narrative 2023 in an effort to sustain UPM's competence in agricultural and national food security.

"This time, the two documents are blended in the narrative that will sustain UPM's direction and journey in facing the year 2023 with high confidence and precise preparation," he said.
