In this era of Covid-19 pandemic certainly brings joy to the sadness of Muslims especially when it comes to the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration. But this sadness is not a hindrance to Muslims around the world to celebrate and celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri in a new normal environment. Thus, understanding the importance of prioritizing hygiene in daily practice, a UPM Mosque sanitation program was implemented to protect the safety of the congregation that established the Aidilfitri prayer and as a control of the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak.
The program jointly organized by the UPM Alumni Association (PAUPM) and the UPM Alumni Relations Center (ARCUPM) were assisted by the involvement of UPM students at the campus at that time. This is one of the efforts made by ARCUPM with PAUPM in providing all the help provided by the alumni to UPM.
The implementation of such programs showcases the concerns and sensitivity of alumni to Alma Mater through the help provided that benefits UPM residents and the people around Serdang. Of course, UPM alumni are also ready to work with UPM residents in an effort to prevent and combat the spread of Covid-19 outbreaks. May this pure effort be rewarded and blessed from Allah Almighty.
